These beautiful stables have been lovingly converted into a cosy cottage, perfect for a relaxing break.
Set in 7 acres of land, this is centrally located within half hour drive of Brighton, Horsham, Petworth, Arundel, Chichester, Dorking and Gatwick. Guildford and West Wittering are just 40 minutes away.
The space
As you enter the stables, there is a small kitchenette ahead of you, equipped with gas hob, microwave oven and fridge freezer. To the left is a downstairs bathroom with large shower. To the right you will find a sitting and dining area with comfy sofa and dining table for four. There is also a gas heater to switch on and enjoy on those chilly nights! A narrow stair case leads you to two bedrooms, built into the eaves of the building and housing a double bed one side and a twin room the other. This space is simply decorated with a view to creating a cosy and comfortable setting for guests to enjoy.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the stables and there is a small porch area out the front where you can sit and enjoy a drink.
Other things to note
The stairs are quite narrow so unsuitable for very young children.
